We are deeply saddened about the loss of life and material damage caused by Hurricane Otto in Panama, Nicaragua and Costa Rica.

In this difficult time, we share the grief of the friendly countries affected by the hurricane and we convey our condolences. We wish that the wounds of the disaster be healed in the shortest possible time.
