H.E. Mr. Thorbjørn Jagland, Secretary General of the Council of Europe, of which Turkey is a founding member, will pay a working visit to Ankara on 15 – 16 February 2018.

Secretary General Jagland was the first international personality visiting Turkey to express his solidarity with our people and Government after 15 July. This visit will mark Secretary General’s third visit to Turkey following the coup attempt.
