We learned with deep sorrow that many people were killed and wounded at a twin terrorist attack perpetrated today in Kabul.

We strongly condemn these heinous terrorist attacks and wish Allah’s mercy upon those who lost their lives, speedy recovery to the wounded, and convey our condolences to the relatives of the deceased.
