Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey H.E. Mr. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu spoke on the phone today with the Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia H.E. Mr. Adil El-Cubeyr.

During the phone conversation, the Ministers exchanged views on how to strengthen the relations, cooperation and solidarity between Turkey and the friendly and brotherly Saudi Arabia. In addition, the Ministers compared notes on regional issues and in this context also discussed the rift between Saudi Arabia and Canada.

It is natural for countries to express views and thoughts on various issues. However, this should not be in the form of interference in other countries’ internal affairs.
