We have learnt with great sorrow the terrorist attack perpatrated in Mogadishu this morning, resulting in numerous deaths including that of several children and the injury of many others.

We strongly condemn this treacherous attack that aims to undermine the stability of Somalia. We wish God’s mercy upon those who lost their lives, a speedy recovery to the wounded and convey our condolences to the Government and the people of Somalia.
