No: 44, 31 January 2021, Press Release Regarding the Terrorist Attack in Somalia
We are saddened to receive the news that many people lost their lives and many were injured in a bomb blast perpetrated by the Al Shabab terrorist group which took place today (31 January) at Hotel Afrik in Mogadishu, Somalia.
We strongly condemn this heinous attack and extend our condolences to the brotherly people and Government of Somalia. We wish Allah’s mercy upon those who lost their lives and a speedy recovery to the injured. Turkey will continue to stand by the Government and people of Somalia in their fight against terrorism.
