No: 276, 15 August 2021, Press Release Regarding the Fuel Tanker Explosion in Lebanon

Republic Of Türkiye Ministry Of Foreign Affairs 15.08.2021

We are deeply saddened by the reports that, according to initial estimates, 22 people lost their lives and many others were injured as a result of the explosion of a fuel tanker in the Akkar region of the northern Lebanon today.

Conveying our condolences to the friendly and brotherly Lebanese people, we wish God's mercy on those who lost their lives and a speedy recovery those injured in this tragic incident.
