No: 7, 8 January 2022, Press Release Regarding Loss of Lives After Heavy Snowfall in Northern Pakistan

We are deeply saddened to receive the news that at least 16 people lost their lives due to freezing cold after they were stranded in their vehicles during the heavy snowfall in the town of Murree, district of Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

We wish Allah’s mercy upon those who have lost their lives in this tragic accident and convey our condolences to the friendly and brotherly people and Government of Pakistan.
